Transformational Coaching

For ambitious professionals, entrepreneurs and leaders ready to understand what is keeping them stuck and begin responding differently.

You may already understand a great deal about yourself.

You may know where a pattern came from, recognise it while it is happening and still find yourself producing the same response.

That is because change is not only an intellectual process.

Transformational coaching creates space to clarify what you want, examine what is shaping your current experience, develop different emotional and embodied responses, and translate them into action.

What can bring you to coaching

Situations we can work with

We do not need to force your experience into a predetermined category. We begin with what is actually happening.

How coaching works

A process of seeing, experiencing and acting differently

Phase 1

Clarify

We identify what is happening now, what you want to change and why it matters — separating a genuine desire from what you believe you should want.

Phase 2

Uncover

We examine the interpretations, beliefs, emotions, protective strategies and relational patterns maintaining the current situation, to understand how it operates in the present.

Phase 3

Experience

We create opportunities to practise a different internal response — through somatic awareness, visualization, spoken language, emotional expression or an imagined conversation.

Phase 4

Act

We turn the session into concrete experiments, decisions, conversations or practices — testing new ways of responding in the situations where the pattern actually appears.

Phase 5

Integrate

We review what changed, what resisted change and what needs further attention. Integration allows new responses to become more stable and available.

Is coaching right for me

A useful fit requires willingness, not certainty

You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal.

You do need to be willing to:

This work may feel challenging at times. Challenge should not mean coercion. We work at a pace that allows for depth while respecting your agency and limits.

Scope

What coaching is and is not

Coaching focuses on awareness, development, decision-making and action.

It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment or crisis support. I do not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions through coaching.

Past experiences may arise because they influence your present patterns. We work with them within the scope of coaching. When your needs require clinical support, I may recommend working with an appropriately qualified mental-health professional.
