About

I work where achievement, identity and emotional truth meet.

My work brings together deep self-exploration and practical change. I help clients understand the patterns shaping their experience, but I do not want insight to remain theoretical. We work toward a shift that can be felt in how they communicate, decide, relate and act.

Personal introduction

I know the Achiever pattern from the inside

I know the speed, adaptability and focus that can make achievement possible.

I also know how easy it is to keep moving before asking: What am I actually feeling? What do I want when nobody is expecting an answer from me? Is this ambition mine, or am I trying to become someone who will finally feel worthy, secure or recognised?

As an Enneagram Type Three, I have a particular understanding of the ways identity can become organised around performance, image and external response.

That lived understanding informs my work, but it does not mean I reduce clients to a personality type. The Enneagram is useful when it reveals a pattern. It becomes unhelpful when it turns into another identity to perform.

Professional story

Inner work grounded in the realities of professional life

Before and alongside my coaching practice, I have developed a career in marketing, strategy, entrepreneurship and leadership development.

I currently work in digital health marketing and content strategy for products supporting people living with chronic health conditions.

I hold a Master of Business Administration and have lived and worked in six countries across Europe, Africa and Asia.

I understand the practical realities surrounding many of the questions clients bring:

I do not treat professional life and emotional life as separate systems. The way we lead, decide and perform is shaped by how we relate to worth, fear, recognition, belonging and uncertainty.

Ontological coaching

What ontological coaching means in practice

Ontological coaching examines how language, emotions and the body shape the way we perceive and respond to life.

Two people can face a similar situation and experience completely different possibilities because of the meanings, emotional states and embodied patterns through which they interpret it.

This approach helps us explore not only what you are doing, but the way of being from which your actions arise.

When that underlying position changes, different choices may become visible and possible.

Meditation and embodiment

Why the body matters

Many people can explain their patterns clearly while remaining disconnected from how those patterns are experienced.

Meditation and somatic awareness have taught me to pay attention to what is happening beneath the narrative:

The body is not used as a source of infallible truth. It is another source of information that can help us recognise automatic responses and practise different ones.

More Than Enough

The philosophy behind the work

More Than Enough is the philosophy and developing body of work behind my exploration of the Achiever pattern.

It is for people who have learned to pursue recognition, competence or success, but who are beginning to question the price of constantly proving themselves.

Its central question is not whether ambition is good or bad. It is:

Can you continue creating and achieving without abandoning yourself in the process?

More Than Enough may eventually include writing, workshops, programmes and community experiences. My individual coaching practice remains open to clients of different Enneagram types and backgrounds.

What you can expect from me

Working relationship

I will listen closely, but I will not simply agree with you.

I may question the meaning you have assigned to a situation, point out a contradiction or invite you to try something that initially feels unfamiliar.

I also do not believe intensity is proof of transformation. The work should be challenging enough to create movement without overriding your agency or emotional limits.

My role is not to become the authority on your life. It is to help you see more clearly, expand the responses available to you and take responsibility for the choices that follow.
